Tuesday evening, October 15, Boer&Bunder was featured in a new episode of 'Het Klokhuis' on NPO3. This episode of 'Het Klokhuis' showcased how modern the agricultural sector is in the Netherlands. They visited our colleague and modern farmer Gert! Among other things, they showed how Boer&Bunder provides easy access to open data about parcels throughout the Netherlands. This data can be used to view the crop rotation of parcels, among other possibilities. Additionally, Boer&Bunder allows users to see the differences in elevation of parcels and track crop growth using satellite imagery. Boer&Bunder is a user-friendly application for farmers who want to gain more insight into their parcels!
Het Klokhuis also highlighted other products from Dacom, such as Cloudfarm. With Cloudfarm, a farmer can easily create a task map from their computer, based on satellite images among other data. This helps the farmer to perform variable sprayings, for example, so that precise nutrition and protection can be provided.
