We believe that farmers can make better cultivation decisions when they have insights into data about their crops and fields. We enrich the knowledge that farmers have and capture about their own fields with (geo)data, agricultural knowledge, and ICT.

Our story
Founded by farmer Jan Hadders. In addition to his farming business, he was already heavily involved in innovations, and by the late '80s, he foresaw that the rise of computers would change the farming industry.
1987
Dacom was founded by Jan Hadders
1992
Development of an advisory system with sensors
2003
Janneke Hadders takes over Dacom and grows to 20 employees
2011
Dacom wins several prizes & starts Crop-R with Ivor Bosloper
2017
Dacom & Crop-R will continue as Dacom Farm Intelligence. With the focus on one integrated platform for farmers.
2021
Opening of the new Dacom Dutch Barn
